The third part in my fourth part series inspired by my late husband’s paintings is featured today on Open to Hope website…check it out ~ a great resource for those working through loss, transitions and major change.
Even if you’ve been fortunate enough to have not yet experienced a significant death of a loved one, going through significant changes such as buying or selling a home, starting a new job or going through the experience of children leaving home can create a need to grieve. Simply because a significant change is positive doesn’t mean there isn’t a sense of loss over the endings of something familiar or a phase of life that was dear to you such as parenthood. So check in for some insight into ways to support yourself through change and read inspiring stories of those who have moved through the grieving process with grace and learning.
Go to Open to Hope, and while you’re there, check out Husband’s Art During Illness Reflects Days of Hope ~ my article posted today.
