Do you share your gifts or keep them under wraps?  What would your life be like if you got past the self-doubt or the fears of really putting them out there?  How might you impact the lives of others?

There are many things I do not know about life and there are three things I feel certain about:

  1. Each of us has a unique brilliance that is our gift to the world.
  2. Most of us are not living at our highest potential.
  3. We are not here simply to witness the lives of others, we are here to live our own lives…fully, completely…wringing every last drop out of them and putting it all out there.

Imagine if Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and the gang had built their MAC just for themselves?  The world would be a different place.  What if they had only gone half way with the idea?  Instead, their vision was to create it AND get it out into the world to change the experience of personal computing for as many people as possible.

Have you considered the possibility that the gifts and talents you have are not yours to keep?  By sharing them, can you imagine the ripple effect possible?

What will it take for you to unwrap your gifts? When you drop a pebble into a pond, you are witness to the impact it makes on the surface but you can’t always see the deeper effects beneath the surface.
