Tambre Leighn, MA, CPC, PCC, ELI-MP is an authentic, powerful speaker who helps working professionals with demanding careers to create greater wellbeing as a path to high performance.
By sharing her personal story of caregiving for her late husband during his three-year battle with cancer and her challenging quest to find a reason to live when cancer took him at only 37 years of age, Tambre transforms tragedy into a formula for living your best life now.
As a former Hollywood filmmaker, professional figure skater, world level competitive athlete, and now certified professional coach and speaker, Tambre knows the art of show and tell. Her willingness to be raw and vulnerable about her struggle and her ultimate triumph in finding passion and purpose again by being of service to others is inspiring and motivating.

Her energy is endless and she brings with her a determination to help as many people as possible live each day fully and “leave it all on the dance floor.”
Tambre has delivered cancer survivorship, caregiver and wellness workshops, as well as coaching and leadership training to top organizations including Atlantic Healthcare Systems, Esai Pharmaceuticals, NYU Langone Medical Center, Emory University, Mattel Inc., Keep A Breast Foundation, UCLA’s Healthy Lives After Cancer Program, and events such as Atlantic Health System’s Annual Shared Governance Awards, Thrive/Survive Los Angeles, Pink Link, and more. Tambre moves others to generate a powerful legacy through their daily actions and interactions by being the inspiration that even when life throws you the biggest curve ball you can imagine, you can overcome it. No matter what, you can lead an extraordinary life.
The Downside of Breathing
In life, we all experience pivotal moments – when one second, one circumstance, or one decision changes everything. When your greatest fear comes true. In those moments, who will you become?
After the death of her husband from cancer, Tambre’s one wish was to simply stop breathing. But we don’t always get what we wish for.
Tambre weaves her story of loss in true “raw and real” Tambre style with powerful insights. To help you understand how to transform those pivotal moments into pivot points, Tambre guides you through her 5 Breathless Moments:
- Blank Page, Empty Stage
- What If?
- What Now?
- What’s Next?
- Your Extraordinary Living Formula
so you can lead you to live a life you never imagined possible.
SELF-CARE isn’t SELF-ish
Caregivers typically place the needs of others first, often sacrificing their own wellbeing. They struggle with burnout, stress, and fatigue. Even when they do try to practice self-care, they often feel guilty for doing so.
When you’re committed to serving others, personally and professionally, the qualities that inspire you to do so often come at a cost.
In this workshop, Tambre Leighn will:
- Reveal 3 stress triggers no one is talking about and tips on how to transform them, giving you more energy so you can experience greater quality of life.
- Explain her 2-step approach to help you prioritize your self-care.
- Teach you 1 strategy to shift from reacting unconsciously to making conscious, empowered choices.
- Best If Used By
- Mastering Life Through the Art of Tango
- Disruption: The Path to Re-Creation & Innovation
