Here are just a few testimonials from the wonderful people and organizations I have had an opportunity to work with.
Tambre Leighn provided a thought-provoking and well-received webinar for our alumni on Breakthrough Moments – Reduce Stress, Overcome Procrastination and Become a Leader in Your Life. Focusing on energy levels—What feeds you? What drains you?–and the actions one can take to reduce stressors and move from coping to thriving, produced some “aha” moments for our listeners. An alumna described the program as “superb” and another noted that “the content really hit home[;]alumni donation is on the way.” Thanks, Tambre!

Over the past year I’ve had the pleasure of taking part in group session as well as one-on-one coaching with Tambre. Prior to the personal coaching I was unaware of my own personal challenges as well as how to address those I faced at work. Throughout my time with Tambre she showed me how to identify positive solutions to any challenge, be much more proactive in my personal life and at work, and to bring an unrealized powerful energy to everything I do. Finding that energy was enlightening, uplifting, and empowering. Thank you Tambre for all that you do – you truly helped me unlock a new level in my life!
Casey Cochran | Non Toxic Revolution Program Director | Keep A Breast Foundation
Our non-profit organization’s team size more than quadrupled in the period of a year. At the same time, we generated an alliance with an affiliated licensee and their staff. Adjusting to the growth and the integration of the new entity were two major challenges facing us in the past year.
Tambre’s leadership training of the executive management helped us open a dialogue among us that used a common language to help to understand the staff and management needs. She also provided us with tools that helped us gain clarity and make decisions more efficiently, even when those decisions involved challenging issues.
The group training for our employees was very helpful in integrating the existing staff that were used to the smaller organization with the newer staff as well as assist everyone in adjusting to the growth and learning to embrace the changes. She equipped the team with tools and language to work with each other and management to not only adjust but to find greater opportunities within the expanded organization.
As a result of Tambre’s work with us, our organization now has a better flow and synergy among the larger group.

My favorite part of training with Tambre was she knew exactly when to help me move beyond my comfort zone, which was exactly what I needed to grow. She had a beautiful way of giving me the power to turn what seemed like major blocks into something I could easily navigate through. The methods and tools she gave me I will remember and use daily, not only in the work place but also at home.

Thank you for speaking at the Prostate Cancer Educational Forum and Bladder Cancer Education and Support Group. Your presentation, “The Missing Piece ~ How to Find More Energy When you Feel You Have Nothing Left to Give” was a most exciting and important discussion for our patients and caregivers. Your presentation, along with your handouts and exercises, were a wonderful guide with clear steps that they can put into practice. Perhaps most important is the inspiration, commitment, and heart you bring to your work. You clearly struck a chord with many of the participants. It was apparent that they related to your story, as well as your approach….Your support of our patients and families is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Tambre, for partnering with the American Cancer Society to provide I Can Cope telephone support classes to cancer patients and caregivers throughout California. Not only do you bring a high level of expertise to these classes, but more importantly, you bring an amazing sensitivity fueled by personal experience that really helps those who participate to feel welcome, safe, and valued. You’re an excellent facilitator, and have an amazing ability to engage and connect with others even in environments that can make communication and connection challenging (like teleconferencing). We value you as a part of our team, and look forward to continuing to work with you!

Thank you for the great online training. As a result of this Teleclass, I feel I now have better listening skills and can be more effective helping patients and caregivers to cope. I also have more tools to practice self-care as a volunteer and deal with my own feelings. I strongly recommend this training to other volunteers.

I met Tambre Leighn online and read her qualifications. But, when I met and heard her speak in person, I was convinced she could help any and all cancer survivors! With her personal knowledge about cancer survivorship and caring disposition, Tambre “had me at hello.” She was concise, warm and concerned, but most of all she’s a great listener. I’d recommend Tambre whole-heartedly!

What a great workshop you led. Thank you very much for all the great insights and strategies around helping to get clients unstuck. What it really did for me is help to see the progression of going to the past with your client, understanding where they’re stuck and why, and having a plan to help them move out and toward being the person they desire to be. I look forward to using the 5 steps with clients and I know it will greatly enhance my skills as a coach.

Your Teleclass was incredibly relevant and helpful for me and I’m sure for the other participants as well. Today I have gotten more done than I would normally have been able to do in a week. You do incredible work, I am blown away and so grateful. I really didn’t think anything significant could happen in an hour and in a teleclass, but you are amazing and your intention must have had a laser focus, because it succeeded like crazy!
