How can awareness about catabolic/anabolic energy and lower energy levels help you become more pro-active in designing your daily experience of living?
90% of the people live their lives in Level 1 and Level 2 energy. This is an unconscious choice. We’re about to make this conscious!
The model identifies 7 Levels of Energy with Level 1 and Level 2 being lower energies and Levels 3 and above moving toward higher energies. On days or in moments where you feel uninspired, stuck or in conflict, you are most likely in Level 1 or Level 2 energy.
In Level 1 you may experience feelings of apathy, like nothing you do matters, nothing will change…or you may experience victim thinking – poor me, no one understands.
There is an overall feeling of powerlessness. You may hear yourself saying things like “I’m stuck,” “why me”, “Nothing matters,” or “There is nothing I can do.” You may feel like you want to give up. There is not a lot of action that occurs in Level 1.
There is a connection between each of the levels and typically the energy of one level can build to a point that it acts like a slingshot and catapults you into the next level. It is common for Level 1 thinking to eventually shift and catapult people into Level 2 anger energy.
