What is coaching?
Coaching is a simple yet effective resource that provides the support and tools you need to reduce stress, address fears and create action plans to empower you so you don’t feeling like you’re just surviving in life.
The Coach helps the client to promote and sustain the Client’s personal wellbeing and to grow instead of being overwhelmed and feeling lost, particularly during times of major challenges and change. This powerful relationship allows the Client to shift their perspective from focusing on what’s not working to taking action to create more of what they want in their lives. According to an article in Psychology Today, “Whatever we expect to experience is what we actually experience.”
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Please view my complete page of relevant training. If you were recently diagnosed, my one month Emergency Rx Package is ideal for you. For most people, news of cancer comes as a big shock. The days, weeks and months ahead can feel overwhelming and filled with confusion, fear and anxiety. Let me help you take back the wheel and create an empowered approach to dealing with cancer. Coaching can support you to make the shift from surviving to optimal living no matter what uncertainties, fears or challenging realities you may be facing.
8 coaching hours
The transition from end of treatment into the next chapter of your life has often been described by survivors as one of the most challenging and fear-inducing times. With almost every aspect being impacted by the journey through treatment, you may come out of treatment with new priorities and core values. Let me help you get clarity on you new priorities and help you define action steps to move toward new goals in your life.
3.5 coaching hours
An area where survivors tend to realize it is time for a change after going through cancer treatment is their career. You may come out of treatment with new career priorities and core values. This one month package is focused only solely on creating clarity, strategies and actions related to one’s career.
Personal ELI assessment and 2 coaching hours
The focus of this package is to reduce stressful thoughts and increase the feeling of peace and ease in your life. The impact of stress on the body has been scientifically studied. To support your immune system and have more energy to live your life, you need to understand what your stress triggers are and how to respond differently than you have in the past. You won’t be able to lead an extraordinary life until you can consciously transform stress into energy that supports your wellbeing.
3 coaching hours
This unique package focuses on guiding you through the creation of a holistic survivorship care plan. Survivorship plans have become a standard of care recently, yet many treatment centers are not yet providing patients with them. I will help you self-advocate for one if you are not provided with a plan or work with your medical team so you can ensure yours includes the standard key components of a medical survivorship plan while assisting you in adding the shifts and goals involved in designing life as a survivor. Together, we’ll break down goals into doable steps to help you create sustainable change that supports wellbeing in survivorship.
