I’ve made no secret of the fact that while I have turned my life around after losing my late husband to cancer, the holidays are still difficult for me. For those of you who may be struggling this holiday season, you can check out my feature post that appeared on OpentoHope.com. It’s not too late to put plans in place to support yourself.
For all my readers, on this night before Christmas, I wish you the gift of peace, ease and grace. Peace on Earth is a tall order. It’s worth all our efforts to bring it about on a global level. However, true longstanding transformation begins within each of us.
The more internal peace you can experience, the more you are able to extend that energy out into the world. So for the rest of this Eve before Christmas, release any fears, worries, judgments and criticisms.
Don’t try to figure out how, just choose to do so. Instead, breathe in the spirit of the holiday season ~ joy, love, peace. Anytime you feel a tightening in your body, remind yourself to let it go.
Along with peace, I wish you ease. It is a quality I have come to truly appreciate this past year. The longer I live the iPEC Energy Leadership Model principles, the greater ease I experience in my life. I worry less, get stuck for shorter periods of time when challenges pop up and live with a greater degree of flexibility.
When you allow yourself to live from a place of peace and ease, you will begin to automatically to walk with grace. What is your experience of grace? A ballet dancer whispering across a stage? A thoroughbred horse breaking from the pack and rounding a curve?
Breathe in peace. Call in ease. Walk in grace. Merry Christmas.
